YOGA FOR TEENAGERS

you'll feel stronger and lighter.
Yoga gives you energy while calming you down. You are able to concentrate better. Your self-confidence increases because you get to know yourself on a deeper level and you discover your strength and uniqueness.
The yoga poses (asanas) help you explore your body, discover its beauty and accept it with all its perfect imperfections. It is unique in this world – just as you are!
Each session consists of a gentle warm-up, an invigorating sequence focusing on strengthening and stretching your muscles, breath work, balance and partner poses and a deep final relaxation.
On top of that, we get to discover the secrets of the three 'M's – meditation, mudras, mantras.
And the best part is: Teen Yoga is fun – especially the chill-out part afterwards!
You do not need any prior yoga experience. Simply bring comfy clothes in which you can move well. Please do not eat any heavy foods two hours before class.
